POLICIES:

SPA SERVICES AND NO-SHOW FEES:
You will receive a courtesy text or call 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges for the services reserved.  We completely understand that life is busy and emergencies occur, however, if you need to cancel your appointment after the 24 hour window has passed or you no-show your appointment, you will be invoiced a charge for up to 80% of your service and any special price you may have been offered will be forfeited. We know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked weeks ago, however, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and to inform us if your contact information has changed.
 
RESERVATIONS / CANCELATIONS:
We encourage you to make appointments in advance to ensure preferred treatments or service provider is available.
GRATUITIES Gratuities are optional and left to your discretion. There is a jar provided in treatment room. Cash or check is accepted.  Please note that gratuities are NOT included with gift cards. We appreciate your generosity. 

ARRIVAL:
If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule.  Your service provider will do her best to accommodate you.  Services start promptly at the time scheduled.  Not arriving on time will limit your service time and, as a courtesy to the next client, your service will end on time regardless of when your service began. 

To enjoy your spa / salon experience to the fullest, please check in 10 minutes early if it is your first visit.  This will give you plenty of time to fill out any forms we may have for you.  If you are a returning client, please arrive 5 minutes early so your service can begin on time. 
 
CHILD POLICY:
We write this notice with the utmost respect to the parents in our salon and spa.  Over half of our staff are parents themselves and understand this can be a sensitive issue. For safety reasons, no child under the age of 12, or additional parties may accompany you while you have a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children, so we ask that you make arrangements for off-site child care during your appointment.  We love children and hope you understand we cannot disturb our clients and stylists with children running around the facility and playing with equipment. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
